Techno Optics Terms of Service and Cancellation Policy 1. Overview Techno Optics provides website development, web hosting, website management, and related digital services for businesses, organizations, and individuals. By using our services, the client agrees to the terms outlined below. Techno Optics operates as a website development and hosting platform. Our service fees are for website design, development, hosting, updates, maintenance, and management as agreed under the client’s selected plan. 2. No Upfront Website Development Fees Techno Optics does not charge upfront website development fees for qualifying website service plans unless otherwise agreed in writing. This allows clients to start with a professionally built website without paying a large initial build cost. Clients pay for the active service plan they use. Monthly or recurring fees cover the ongoing website service, hosting, management, maintenance, support, and related services included in the selected plan. 3. Website Ownership and Usage Rights Under Techno Optics service plans with no upfront development fees, the client does not purchase or own the website, website design, source files, platform setup, templates, system structure, or development work created by Techno Optics. The website remains part of Techno Optics’ managed website platform. The client is granted the right to use the website while their account is active and in good standing. Client-owned content, such as business logos, photos provided by the client, written content provided by the client, brand materials, and other client-supplied assets, remains the property of the client. 4. What the Service Fees Include Unless otherwise stated in writing, Techno Optics service fees may include: Website design and development Website hosting Website maintenance Website updates and management Basic website support Mobile-friendly website setup Website performance monitoring Content updates within the agreed service scope Platform management and technical support The exact services included depend on the selected plan or written agreement. 5. What the Service Fees Do Not Include Techno Optics service fees strictly cover website development, web hosting, website management, and related website services. Unless specifically stated in writing, our fees do not include: Domain name registration or renewal Email hosting Business email accounts Third-party software subscriptions Premium plugins, paid apps, or external tools Advertising costs Payment processor fees Stock photography or licensed media Advanced custom integrations outside the agreed scope Legal, compliance, accounting, or tax services Clients are responsible for any third-party costs connected to their business, domain, email, external systems, or optional tools. 6. Domain Names and Email Hosting Techno Optics does not include domain registration, domain renewal, or email hosting as part of standard website service fees. Clients may choose to purchase and manage their own domain and email hosting through a third-party provider. Techno Optics may assist with connecting a client’s domain to the website when possible, but domain ownership, renewal, email setup, and third-party provider fees remain the responsibility of the client. 7. Payments and Billing Clients are billed according to the selected service plan or written agreement. Payments must be made on time to keep the website active and in good standing. Failure to make required payments may result in delayed updates, limited support, temporary suspension, or termination of website access and hosting services. 8. Cancellation Policy Clients may cancel their Techno Optics website service at any time with no cancellation penalty. There are no long-term cancellation penalties, no hidden cancellation fees, and no issue with ending service. The client only pays for the service they have used. To cancel, the client must notify Techno Optics in writing through an approved communication method. Cancellation will stop future billing according to the billing schedule and any applicable processing timeline. 9. Effect of Cancellation When a client cancels service, Techno Optics may stop hosting, managing, maintaining, and providing access to the website. Because the client does not purchase or own the website under no-upfront-fee service plans, the website itself, design, platform setup, templates, development work, and technical structure are not transferred to the client upon cancellation unless a separate written buyout or transfer agreement has been approved by Techno Optics. The client may request a copy of client-owned content they provided, such as text, logos, images, and brand materials, when available. 10. Refunds Because clients pay for active website services, hosting, management, and platform use, payments already made are generally non-refundable once the service period has started or services have been provided. Techno Optics may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis, but approval is not guaranteed unless required by law or agreed in writing. 11. Client Responsibilities Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, legal content, service descriptions, pricing, images, approvals, and any materials needed to build or maintain the website. Clients are also responsible for ensuring that the information displayed on their website is accurate, lawful, and compliant with any rules or regulations that apply to their industry. 12. Third-Party Services Some websites may connect to third-party services such as booking platforms, payment processors, forms, analytics, maps, email marketing tools, or social media platforms. Techno Optics is not responsible for outages, pricing changes, errors, restrictions, data loss, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers. 13. Service Changes Techno Optics may update service plans, features, pricing, platform tools, or policies from time to time. Clients will be notified of material changes when appropriate. Continued use of Techno Optics services after changes are made means the client accepts the updated terms. 14. Limitation of Liability Techno Optics works to provide reliable website services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific business results, search engine rankings, sales, leads, or revenue. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Techno Optics is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, loss of business, loss of data, third-party platform issues, or service interruptions outside our reasonable control. 15. Agreement By starting or continuing service with Techno Optics, the client agrees to these Terms of Service and Cancellation Policy. Techno Optics is committed to providing flexible website solutions with no upfront website development fees, simple monthly service options, and the freedom to cancel at any time with no penalty.
